What to expect.  At your first session, I'll invite you to discuss your current health and which areas want attention.  During the session we'll talk only as needed to
  • keep the work in your comfort range
  • enhance relaxation
  • integrate the work so you can "take the session home"
Clothing.  Some people prefer to leave clothes on.  Others want massage on their skin.  You will always be covered for warmth and modesty. If you wear clothing during the massage, please wear a soft, loose material.

Session Choices
  •    1 hour = $55
  • 3/4 hour = $45
  • 1/2 hour = $30

    • Touch is a basic human need. If your need is greater than your finances, let's discuss it.
