Trauma is our biggest public health problem!

Trauma impacts all aspects of one's being. Even when events seem forgotten, the body remembers and subconsciously influences mental, emotional, physical and spiritual expressions. Sensory input from the event – sounds, sights, smells – may overwhelm the nervous system, interfere with the brain's memory storage, and distort sensory awareness.

Body centered approaches are engaging.

I have helped people with health, illness and trauma issues since 1966. I am available to facilitate local workshops for groups of survivors or helpers. I would like to help you explore how this simple work evokes play, humor, and restores intimate connections.
