Cranial Sacral and Myofascial Release

Cranial Sacral and Myofascial Release

Fascia is an amazing, continuous sheath of connective tissue that has many functions throughout the body.  Fascia gets "tangled" during illness, stress, surgery, accidents, and other trauma.

Don't worry, it's usually willing to unwind itself with a little help...
Cranial/Sacral release helps unwind fascia in the head and spine, releasing obstructions to the flow of spinal fluid that must bathe the nervous system (including your brain).

Myo-fascial release, its gentle partner, helps fascia unwind in muscles and throughout the entire of the body!

I feel like I'm floating, say clients.  You can feel freer and deeply relaxed when fascia unwinds.

The gentleness of cranial sacral - myofascial release can be adapted to nearly all conditions.

Several clients with fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue report that cranial/sacral and myo-fascial release, relieves headaches and body aches. Clients with arthritis appreciate its' soothing affect.
